Hey Pelosi, you dipwad, where's your vaunted "Barber Shop" now? We will run the most ethical, transparent administration, is I believe what you said. Apparently, you Dems are good at pointing the finger, but when it's pointed at you, you and the bun kissers in the so called "Free Press" go into circle the wagon mode. Yep, that good old unbiased press that cannot wait to tell you that Larry Craig was a Republican, but somehow just could remember what Blagos' party affiliation was. I'll help you, everytime you hear corruption at any level of government, just think Democrat.

Ma'am; the problem is not with the democrats, or with the republicans, but it is with parties in general, and government in particular... We look at the Athenians as some kind of model of democracy, but in their supreme court, their highest official body, the Dikasteria, they had over a thousand citizens representing little over 150000 free men.... Do the math... Now, granted, that was their supreme court, and there had to be many to put bribery beyond reach... We have every representative in the house representing over six hundred thousand... Does any one think that is smart??? You know if you sent only rich people, the situation would not change a lick... People vote their own self interest, and if that is already in their pockets they don't need a bribe.... But; we could afford to do better, and we cannot afford to do worse...So many people have no representative of their choice... Could we not double their number; sending two from each district, or four, or eight...Could our state representatives not do double duty in Washington... Corruption is something we all but demand when we allow so many be denied their voice in Washington... And this does not mean I like a parties.... Napoleon was smart and right to end parties in his day... People need representation, and representatives have got to follow the needs and wills of their electors; and this will never happen while the parties reign, -and while so few represent so many...Thanks...Sweeney

Newsflash: there is corruption in washington. she could have written about any administration in the last fifty years and done the same thing, outing all of the cronies and political hacks. if this were an honest piece of journalism she would have attacked the last administration as well but that wouldn't get her on fox news, would it?
