Great article, you left out one other comment: Name one other middle eastern country(Muslim), where a reporter could throw his shoe at a head of state and live to tell about it? Saudi Arabia? Iran? Syria? Iraq after the U.S. invasion?

I was amazed and appalled at not only the disrespect shown our president by this man, but by our own news people. Until Mr Obama takes office, George Bush is still the president of the United States of America. We may like him or loathe him, but he is ours for all intents and purposes. Even in families, You do not air your dirty laundry, nor openly show disdain for the "weird" uncle. You close ranks and offer protection, because you are family. How sad that Americans mock and ridicule their own leader for all the world to see. George Bush was not alone in his decisions about the war and finances, but he alone is offered up to the scorn of the world and his own country is leading the way. How sad.
