Ma'am;... When we see those peple beat us at our own games, very often we are seeing the victory of culture over no culture... We do not have an American culture... We think thnk we have a melting pot...We do not... We have an acid bath that removes from every culture its identity, and substitutes a white milk, white bread and Mayonaise cultural homogeny for what they left behind, usually, all that made them unique... Those people are successful who can longest hold on to their identity...The Jews are still Jews, the Arabs are still Arabs, the Chinese are still Chinese, the hispanics are still hispanics; and the blacks and whites don't know who they are.. ...As long as those people can keep their gung ho, their ability to work together- as familiy groups- they have a real advantage...The first words out of every white child's mouth are: when will I get paid??? In short, the difference between the successful people in this society is that those who most consider themselves people, as individuals, and not part of a larger group, like a family, or an ethnic group sharing a common ethic, are doomed... We celebrate the individual, even while individualism is a lost cause; and those people with durable cultures, who do not fit in, who look after their own and work together are going to bury us and build a new civilization over our bones...
