Democrats are outraged that former Vice President Dick Cheney is publicly defending the Bush administration's policies regarding the war on terror. How dare he defend the Bush record in the face of the partisan slander that began during Bush's first term and continues to this day unabated? Why, he's demeaning the office he serves.

If Mr. Limbaugh were honest he would aknowledge that the Bush administration politicized our security. Bush & Co. lied about a terrorist threat in L.A. in order to distract negative press after Katrina. Mr. Limbaugh is far too dishonest to aknowledge even the most obvious facts. One would have to be a complete idiot to trust Cheney's ideas. Cheney's lies and idiocy are well documented. Cheney lied about his own statements about Saddam's relationship with al Qaeda. Cheney was actually stupid enough to assert that Iraq was going to be quick and cheap. Cheney trusted Ahmed Chalabi despite his well documented record of lies and criminal behavior.
