If Judge Sonia Sotomayor is confirmed, the U.S. Supreme Court will consist of six Catholics, two Jews and precisely one white Anglo-Saxon Protestant in the form of Justice John Paul Stevens, who is 89 years old and boasts of two important WASP insignia: inherited wealth and a bow tie. Who cares whether WASPS or any other group rules this country? Within 50 years, 1/3 of Americans will have diabetes, will be employed(if they have any job at all) in some low paying service job, and those who actually make anything will be doing so for foreign owned companies.
