this was already covered weeks ago by Paul Craig Roberts; police are not preventing or solving crimes, they are
creating them. don't you feel safer now?

Of course you're completely right that government has no business regulating consensual sex behavior among adults.
But in the incident in your first paragraph, there's a violation of due process which is more important. To put it simply: if a woman goes up to a man she doesn't know and asks to see his privates, she's obviously offering sex. Every guy knows this. Therefore I would move for summary dismissal on grounds of entrapment -- followed by a suit for malicious prosecution.
