Sir;...Get off your high horse...The guns of the republic have often been turned againt the citizens of this nation for daring to ask for rights or challenging property... We have 5% of the world's population, and 25% of the world's prisoners..Can you believe not one political statement has been the cause of a single incarceration??? All most all of them are political prisoners, in prison for crimes against property.... How many pictures do we have to see of our hires torturing prisoners, or our police beating citizens to know that our power structure is not one bit better than their power structure when it comes to defending the status quo...Wait until this depression sinks in... Wait till the people realize that their national debt has been used to prop up the banks that have been robbing this society of vitality for centuries, and that they can no longer expect anything good from their bankrupt government...If they go to the street, the army and the police will be turned on them with a vengeance...They will need more than a mop and bucket to sop up all the blood... The difference between those people and ourselves is pretty obvious... We stood back with our hands in our pockets while our Supreme Leaders chose the president of the United States...We did not take to the streets, or demand a do over, which is our right...And, we did not try them, and punish them for choosing a boob to guide us into war, and financial disaster...There is no accountability here, and no democracy, and all that means is that the jerks right and left ought to make the system work, instead of making everyone work for the system... I hope this people has the nerve to take to the street...It would be pointless today, but when the time is right, and people find they must remake their form of government, I hope we can find this is still the land of the brave and the home of the free...Right now, it looks like Iran holds that title...Thanks...Sweeney
