In fact, when ACORN finds that some of its employees are cheating by inventing false "voters" to register, the most ACORN is *allowed* to do is "flag" those registrations. Only the State can officially determine a registration false, and disqualify it. ACORN has, in all locales, done *everything* it's allowed to do to *prevent* registration fraud, and has not encouraged or been a party to voter fraud ANYWHERE.
