OK Paul, What do we do now? I have an idea. Let's stop letting the States to use an 8% discount rate for their pensions and lower them to 3%. State Pensions are a Ponzi Scheme: just like Social Security. And, let's get rid of the Government Employees Unions that are also raping the taxpayer. Your thoughts?
