Did Senator Barack Obama's speech in Philadelphia convince people that he is still a viable candidate to be President of the United States, despite the adverse reactions to statements by his pastor, Jeremiah Wright?

The polls and the primaries will answer that question.

Having a suspicious nature, it makes me wonder if the Rev Wright/Sen Obama affair may have been orchestrated. Bad guy, good guy. evil being overcome by the knight in shining armor who rides in to save the day. Having been exposed to almost 8 years of lies, interrogations that went beyond torture, cries of wolf, putting our military in harm's way to save the world from terrorism or to feed someone's ego?
