this column refers to an unwritten policy during the Bush administration in 2000. If memory serves, there was no Bush administration in 2000. George W. Bush was elected in 2000 and took office in 2001.

Well said! I hope people in the USofA are really listening rather than spliting hairs about who was doing what, when. A simple out of place hair does not make some one a slob! A single mis-stated term does not make some one totally wrong. Good job, Michelle.
