Even a child can figure out that if you are going to a church that is socially conservative, abortion and gay marriage are going to come up. I didn't even have to watch the two-hour "civil" forum to figure out what was going to be on the agenda.

McCain wasn't trying to have ...

McCaskill was terrble in defending Obama on Larry King. I was yelling at the TV again. I am very, very tired of catering to Hillary. She lost, and like the other losers, she should get to the back of the line. Her brother just met, along with other Demo backers with the McCain advisers. Carli Fiorino, being one. They me in Pa. this week. Do we think that was a legimate meeting to elect Obama, I don't think so. All of this and McCain gives me a headache.

I'm confused. It's curious that you would see the winning ways for Obama to step his game up, yet the people who are managing his campaign can't. Seriously, why do you think that is?

So if the mantra is "just win, baby"...question: why is the race card and the gender card off limits? I don't like Hilary, but I thought the pairing of Bilary in office might be interesting. It seems everything the Clintons did to win was ok until he made his Jesse Jackson, etc, statements. I didn't understand what all the fuss was about. After all, Clinton was "their" man. "They" knew he was a skalawag from the get-go. Bill was there to win that election for Hilary, he thought his supporters wanted the same, so I'm sure he figured all his "black" supporters would understand it wasn't personal, wasn't a back-handed racial dig, he was just trying to trip Obama. Bill learned the hard way what so many of us already know. Our "racial tolerance/acceptance is just a covering, when you remove that cover, as Bill did, you find anger and unhealed wounds of discrimination and inequality that has not, maybe cannot be overcome. The races don't trust each other, not deep down, especially not "whitey". What's new? If the black population truly believed Bill was their man, they would have "got" that this was a roust to defeat Obama, not a swipe at black politicians or race in general. I wonder, if a black Clinton supporter said the same thing, would there have been such a fuss? If so, why? If the thrust is to oust Obama and get Hilary the nomination, all bets should have been off the table. Just goes to show, Bill...you weren't really "their" man, just their " token" prez. You did not cross the racial divide. You were used, and pretty effectively, too. "Just Win, Baby"!

Just because palin is a woman dose not mean that we will vote for the republican party. we are democratic women that dose not mean they are stupid our issues are very important and we take them seriously and we want the rest of the nation to take us seriously, palin is not a spoke woman for us and she certainly dose not identify with the democratic focus, she is missing the point or ignoring it, I notice she talks about cleaning up government alot ,maybe she should start in her own backyard first , why did she leave her state in dept? we are tired of corrupt government abusing there powers such as Bush did to send our troops to Irack, By the way we are still waing for those weapons of mass destruction, . There is a question and investigation about her palin abusing her powers as well to get someone fired, we have had eight years of this kind of government and now on the heals of the next election the republicans have the audacity to bring in some one who has shown herself of questionable conduct for the vp slot, I hope the american people are not that gulible, the whole world is watching, I understand that nov 4th is voting, that report on this investigation should be in americans hands prior to this. What america needs someone who can put us back on the world stage, a respectable party representing for all people and that is the democratic party it is too important , Mcain served his country well however that dose not entiltle the republicans to another term ,they need to clean up there act first before americans can even consider voting them in again, in the event of an emergency with our president we should have someone capable watching our backs, that is not palin but obiden . how many soilder have died since the Lies were propagated to start this war, our sons and daughters sent to needlessly die for an unjust cause, in 4 more years how many more will die should the republicans gain another term, how many more parents informed of there childrens deaths, God forbid. I think these key points should be sighted, Hillory Clinton is a great asset and spokes woman for the democratic party ask her to speak about these issues.

I think Roland should tone down the negative things he just said about Bob Johnson who is just trying to bring us together as a party and the arogance of Roland that says OBama does not need the Clinton it pure stupidity. We will see if he can win alone.
