Ma'am...Not one branch of government adheres to the constitution. Few people if any accept the ideas in the preamble, declaration of independence, or the bill of rights. What we need is a clear test of the notion that we must consent to be governed. This government will rule against my consent until the whole of it is replaced and a new constitution is written. The past cannot bind the future. The future has to look after itself. Some time before death or demensia sets in everyone should demand a vote on every issue affecting them. This is not 1790.
