You're right. I think that any form of dancing that simulate sex should not be allowed, that a contract is signed by both parent and student, and that the rules on the contract enforced by the chaperones and parents at the prom. The prom should be a safe and fun place not a mating and breeding ground for teenagers sexually active or not.
