A great article on a great man. I was able to get my Masters Degree in Business at USC courtesy of the Marine Corps tuition assistance program in 1971. I have watched with pride as the academic reputation of the University has grown under Steve Sample's leadership. I have met numerous graduates of their Law and Business Schools and all of them have reflected well on the University. You can have quality education in the inner city. Just look at Columbia and USC.
