I surely hoper Mr. North hhas a chance to read my comment because I make it a point to pick up the Weirs Times each week simply for his colum. It is my simple opinion and has been my opinion since the Iran inncodent that Oliver North in a truly rare breed. He is an Honest man that can hold his head up proud that he has ALWAYS been true to his country and his uniform. He was the only one that was honest in the 80's and seems to be the only one who is honest in reguards to our government still. He's the man that I should be heading to the polls to vote for on the Jan. 8th as that is when the primary is in N.H. Mr. North, if you were to run you would certainly have my vote....and I would be proud to call you my President. maybe then there would be a solution to the problem........and maybe then there would be someone who would hold the Iraqis and the Taliban accountable for our 5 POW/MIA's....maybe then those families could put their sons, husbands, fathers to rest and claim them as the heros they are , just like Mr. North is a hero to me for atleast having the courage to be honest....something we dont see in Washington
