This is not a religon lesson. I am going to use the Bible to make my point.
I normally let individuals have their opinion on most any topic until they brings Jesus into it. His teachings are too important to me. Read the book of James, Chapter 2 vs. 18 where it says: " Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works".
To many politicians talk a good talk but when it comes down to they have no works to show their voters. I believe this country is SICK of the Bushes and the Clintons because they have not done anything (I voted for both Bushes 3 times and I'm sick of them.). I'm also not convinced that the other two left have proven that they have done any better whether they wear a flag on their lapel or not. Neither has enough private sector expierence to do anything with the economy. Neither show strong enough leadership to put this country back in a positive direction without the bickering continuing in Congress. Despite his ultra conseritive views I believe Mr. Romney was our best choice because he had shown by his works what he could do (MA, Olympics, private sector expierence).
What do we need? Someone who agrees with most of our political views and won't get the job done or someone who may not agree with our views and has a track record that proves he can get the job done.
Thanks for giving the chance to let off a little steam.
