Ma'am;...I do not see it as particularly democratic to write laws for the benefit of single individuals... Perhaps they could look to the republicans as an example, bending day into night to write a bill for a single individual, and incidentally, a dead person, when they can conveniently ignore the needs of millions of living people...They want to write laws that will benefit only one percent of the population... They call it a death tax as though death will bear taxation...What they mean is, they want the rich to keep all their gains and property into perpetuity... No need to worry about paying government for the defense of that property and the rights to keep it... No...Burden the poor without property for the defense of property forever put out of their reach...So far at least, while the democrats are as corrupt as the republicans, and as likely to kow tow to the rich, still they have not yet stooped to that low level of servility....But then; perhaps it is not servility when you serve yourself, and use the government to do so...Perhaps it is only smart politics to pay money to help a man that will bend the law to make legal all you desire....The rich are inclined to invest money with government rather than simply corrupt the process...They will give ten thousand to get ten million...They will give a hundred thousand to get a hundred million... But best of all is to help elect another rich man, who is more than willing to see things through the eyes of the rich.... I sympathize... I want the rich to have more than they need...In fact, I want them to have it all, because the sooner they have all the sooner they may lose all... The people will know someday that greed is not a virtue and good does not flow out of it... The people will find the seat of government is the people's temple from which the money changers must be driven with a knotted cord.... Or something like that...You know what I mean...Something has to give, because there is no give left in the people....Thanks...Sweeney
