Thank you Ms. Estrich. My experiences have been almost completely opposite of yours, but this was a beautiful piece reminding us all of what life is really like and where the accountabilty lies. Cheers.

Life is not about the hand you're dealt, but how you play it. There will always be people with better cards. You can curse the fates or do the best with the ones you have. Life isn't fair, but you can be. The world isn't just, but you can still live a life of honor. The happiest people are not the ones with the best cards, but those who play theirs best — and best doesn't necessarily mean for the greatest financial reward...... Agree 100%, you are starting to sound like a conservative!

"Life is not about the hand you're dealt. but how you play it." etc.. Beautiful, logical , understanding of life, due to personal experience... I think Susan Estrich is a closet REPUBLICAN.

Thanks for the Imperfect Moments sojourn, it hit home with me in many ways.
The junk we drag around that has been painful finally gets some fresh air.
Attitude and gratitude brings me out 99% of the time. God Bless CWW
