For now, a balanced energy plan to include drilling HERE is the only way to get out of the grip of foreign oil producers. At the same time our government STILL needs to emphasize conservation. Yes, fat and lazy Americans need to get out of their cars and check their tire pressure. The American worker needs to carpool,use public tranportation, THE TRAIN / Amtrack instead of these hoggy, devil may care, airlines for vacation travel, AND live as close to work as possible.
