I care about everone in this country who has lost his job. I can't imagine anything worse than being laid off and not being able to care for my family. Part of the blame should rightly land on Corporate America (for example, Hoover, who close the factory in Canton Ohio and is now making vacuum cleaners overseas) part should be laid on the politicians (For example, Rick Perry, Governor of Texas, who tried to privatize the Texas Dept, of Human Services by closing offices, laying off state workers, and contracting with an overseas company, Accenture, to handle claims for public assistance through call centers and the internet. Needless to say, it was a huge failure but Accenture came out several million dollars ahead on the deal.) Basically, I try to buy things that are made in the United States by union labor.
