If you knew anything about the stimulus package you would know that most of the money hasn't been given out yet and it won't be until 2011. How do you know it hasn't worked yet? It is uneducated people like you that are running around in the press who are the real problem with America. You should be unemployed like the other 9.5% of the United States.
