While I favor health care reform that will cover those left exposed and do what it can to lower costs, all will be lost if we continue eating the crap we call food today. 1/3 of Americans born this centruy will develop type 2 diabetes, the human and financial costs will sink this nation. As the movie Food, Inc. makes plain, we stuff ourselves with unhealthy food loaded with sugar, salt and fat; of such ingredients winners are not made.
