You seem to me to be an unusually courageous commentator, even though I often don't agree with you. How about trying on this line, which I have no doubt you know will be unpopular to economists, republicans (okay, probably most democrats too) and those trafficking in sweet denial and generally liking a place in the sand to hide their heads: We have to limit the growth of our population. End of story. There's only so much room for all the rats in this cage.
