I fear the Bo-House will permit this visit under some rule that uses the term inclusion. It will be done simply to show the world how magnanimous the USofA is, which it is not. The killing of the pirates who took the Alabama as an example was done for the power to bargin for cash, nothing more, nothing less. My only hope is that this jihadist will not be made a martyr because the US gov't of today will simply not stand and represent her citizens. They make that abundantly clear!
