Dear Mr. Williams,
I want to thank you so much for finally shedding some light on the horrors of socialism/communism and the blind eye we shed on our own history.
I have seen virtually thousands of articles and tens of holocaust movies focusing and describing the misdeeds of Hitler and NOT A SINGLE ONE dealing with Stalin, Mao Tzetung, the Khmer Rouge, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, the firebombing of Dresden, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, etc.
Where are the American museums and memorials dedicated to the three hundred years of slavery, the forced breakup of African slave families, the rape of women by plantation owners, the elimination of the American Indian population, their loss of a complete continent to land-hungry European settlers?
I'd love to see Congress pass a bill(s) to reimburse the American Indians for the land that was stolen from them, and to reimburse all blacks for these hundreds of years of slavery. Twenty acress of land for each black person somewhere in Texas or Alaska oil country would be a good start. The mules we can do without!
And last but not least I woul like to see several museums in Washington, DC highlighting our misdeeds.
PS: I am a white person that immigrated to the U.S. from Europe and on my arrival here in the early fifties was appaled by how blacks were treated.
And I still ahd it fresh in my mind what I was tought in school in Europe: that in America all men were created eaqual.
Well of course reality was and still is a little bit different, if I may say so!!!

Hi, Good article. However, you have overlooked a major point. The same point liberals overlook. They always refer to Hitler and the Nazi's. However, the real focus should be on who exactly were in charge of Germany. It was Adolf Hitler and the National SOCIALIST German Workers Party that led Germany. The word liberals wish to forget is "SOCIALIST". And, so have you.
The fact that liberals continue to favor Socialism and Communism after a century of mass murders by Socialists and Communists indicates that they are indeed very dangerous people who do not respect others and most clearly do not respect the freedom of others or even the concept of freedom.
Examples of death and destruction go beyond the examples you mention. They include those battered and assaulted in all Nation Building efforts and undeclared wars around the world. Somehow the few ( the elite) seem intend on forcing others, which have not voted to them legislative, executive or judicial powers, to toe the line or be forced to do so by economic or military means.

It is clear that liberals which include such names as progressive, socialist and communist do not respect others or our own people.
