sir book is wrong on many cases. the cause is not addressed at all.u are only addressing people who have been taking advantage of the cause that created said flood of money. even the three industries that caused the problem are not aware of what they did.. some laws have to be put in place to keep it from replaying in 10 years.
if this was exposed the money for recovery would have went a differant direction an then our country would be ok much sooner.
