Obama has said a lot of good words and traveled to foreign lands to say them. But, we should remember that have been no deeds. The only leverage we have over Israel is the billions we send to them each year and the interference we run for them at the UN. When we see aid to them shrink and positions taken at the UN that are not all pro-Israel then we will have seen some deeds from this president. This will mean taking on a congress that is largely owned by AIPAC.

Pat, no matter who the president ia, Bibi N. has an agenda and I fear he will not be stopped. He seems to be on a mission or going down a slippery slope no matter what the cost to his country or ours

So, Mr. B, time to come out of the closet. Which do you choose: (1) "axis of evil, you are with us or you are with the terrorists, regime change, a green light for war on Hezbollah in Lebanon and on Hamas in Gaza, and this war is a struggle between good and evil or (2) "a new beginning and mutual respect between the United States and an Islamic world of 1.2 billion"? Guess what 1.2 billion is 18% of? Answer: the total world population. I don't think we'll get very far with Mr. Bush's formulation, as a country with 4.5% of the world's population, if you'll permit my humble math. Unless your solution is to nuke them all, that is, which wouldn't make for a very livable planet. Happy trails in the ozone...
