I see Hillary Clinton's tenacity at work in the Supreme Court, in terms of making her mark on history. Her personal style and tendencies strongly align with the law's need for clarity. Now that I have witnessed, first hand, her tendenccy for polarizing people around issues, I do wonder, however, whether she has the requisite finesse to work with the other judges.
