Schlafly is a good attorney. She derides the ABA paper but does not give the web page www.abanet.org/domviol/custody_myths.pdf where you could form your own opinion which would probably be different. Schlafly and her ilk can't stand feminists and since feminists have focused on domestic violence by men she can't resist the urge to suggest that is not worth attention and that battered women are really only "battered" women.
