God made male and female, true. But there are many variances within each. Many hues and shades go into what it is to be male or female. Sexual organs define our anatomy, if there is a "problem" with our chemistry, and there often is, then variances are to be expected. For the children suffering because their anatomy tells them one thing, but their chemistry tells them another, and they are afraid of their own feelings; I'm glad there are others out there willing to say, 'look, you're not a freak, these things happen, not just to you, there are others like you'. I would rather see people happy in their skin, as opposed to unhappy. If they make you uncomfortable, remember how uncomfortable people with noticeable physical disabilities/deformaties make people. Get over it. It's your problem.
