A Quota Queen for the Court
by Pat Buchanan
If the U.S. Senate rejects race-based justice, Sonia Sotomayor will never sit on the Supreme Court.
Because that is what Sonia is all about. As The New York Times reported Saturday, the salient cause of her career has been advancing persons of color, over whites, based on race and national origin.

"ther than Ricci, Judge Sotomayor has decided 96 race-related cases while on the court of appeals.
Of the 96 cases, Judge Sotomayor and the panel rejected the claim of discrimination roughly 78 times and agreed with the claim of discrimination 10 times; the remaining 8 involved other kinds of claims or dispositions. Of the 10 cases favoring claims of discrimination, 9 were unanimous."

Pat, I guess you didn't get the memo, we are now the US of Europe. We also must apoligize for everything,we are not a Christain nation and we must, even tho we worked hard and did all the right things for our country and our families share with those who didn't. This pick for the SC is no surprise and we can't expect anything less from our leader because of all the choices he made in picking his administration. This pick comes from one who spent 120 days in the senate, never wrote a bill, never balanced any kind of budget or never ran anything. This is what I call an empty suit or all hat and no cattle. Also who is a good reader, but cannot speak without the written word that comes from the teleprompter. We should all be teaching our children chinese and eventho we will be living in the 2nd latin america (the good ole USA).

don't blame the imigration problem on the new potus.. They've been sneaking past the Bush's for years and now they want their country back! You guys let them in! The least you could do is figure a way to get them back out! Same thing goes for the Asians and folks looking to do us harm. You folks opened the gates! Not Obama!
