Sir;... The man, Geithner may be a crook... If he was trying to hang onto dollars it is likely he thinks there may be some value in them.... The last administration was busy turning the money to water... Maybe they don't realize that every dollar they throw at the depression gets us that much closer to the point where they all lose absolute value.. How would you like it if your money only had a sentimental value???We may soon say: This is my old friend George Washington...I can remember when he was too valuable to use for toilet paper... When all he stood for has no value, why should he have any value???Money is only a commodity, and it will be fine as long as people want it enough to kill for it....Just one too many, and the whole bunch will turn to paper... And that is the next step, to rob from everyone on a pension, or working for minimum wage...Hopefully; The rich have got sense enough to own some gold or land or Euros....Why should we all be in the same poor house???Thanks...Sweeney
