It's difficult to buy a house when attempting to start a business. Most building owners make you agree to personally cover the lease if your business folds, and you can lose the house in the bankruptcy of a sole proprietorship or even an LLC. Best to save every penny you can or find something especially affordable, knowing that losing the business, could put the house at risk. Once the business is doing well, buying a house should be a reality. Talk to a financial planner for the best way to protect the house should the business fold.
