Tip of the Week: The wiser among us will encourage you to "make every day count." I couldn't agree more, and by way of paraphrase, I also encourage you to make every rep count. Dang, I can't believe the guy is still alive. He's been my inspiration for years. Follow his advice. I have for, I guess, 40 years and feel better than I did at 30. I just turned 66 and I can tell you I am stronger, more aggressive, more fit, more intense than most 40 year olds. Why? Big Joe, that's why. I listened to what he had to say. Joe Weider is the guru of guru's for physical fitness. At my age, I'm more into health, looking good, and strength. The hell with all the big muscles. My peers are hobbling, bald, in poor health, can't breathe, and whine about old age. Ain't no such thing where Joe Weider's concerned. OK, when I'm 85, I'll accept that I'm old, not until. Still, I'll match up to any 50 year old couch potato. Wanna live well? Wanna look good at any age? Do what Joe tells you to, period. That sucker knows what he's talking about. Take it from someone intellegent enough to follow the leader. THANKS JOE! I OWE YOU EVERYTHING!
