No woman would put the bedrooms and bathrooms at one end of the house and the laundry room at the other end, attached to the garage.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU COULD REPRINT A COLUMN REGARDING A STORY/POEM THAT PERTAINS TO A DOG THAT PASSED AWAY AND A FATHER WAS TRYING TO SOOTH HIS DAUGHTER. I AM NOT SURE WHEN IT WAS PRINTED OR THE TRUE NATURE OF THE LETTER. WHAT I DO KNOW IS MY BEST FRIENDS DOG PASSED AND SHE IS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HER DAUGHTER WHAT HAPPENED. SHE ASKED ME TO WRITE AND HOPE THAT YOU WILL KNOW WHAT SHE IS SPEAKING ABOUT. SHE EXPLAINED IT WAS AN ANIMALS PRAYER. I HOPE YOU CAN DECIPHER WHAT IT IS I AM TRYING TO ASK. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I am a thirty year old female attorney and I am genuinely disappointed at your response to this man's inquiry about his partner's unshaven legs.
The only females who naturally have no hair on their legs or underarms are prepubescent females. If our culture defines adult female beauty by fantasizing that we are in fact girls that is one thing. But if this professional female chooses to accept her body as is and if this man loves her, he should come to do the same. As a professional woman who has not shaved her legs since high school, who is happily married to a man who has NEVER requested or even noticed my hairy legs, I can attest to my family's satisfaction at my choices.
Grow up America, women have hair on their legs just like men. Deal with it.
