I used to weight 265 pounds and lost 100 pounds. i look good everywhere except when i take my shirt off. i have loose skin. i don't know how to fix that. i want six pack abs. Do you know what i should do to achieve that. What should i eat and how long you think it will take? I also been going to the gym everyday and really hasn't seen any results. Any idea?
