What is the best way for a driver to get a phoning or texting driver to "Hang up and drive!" ? Should we all have cardboard signs written in reverse that we can hold up for them to see in their mirrors? Should we have our passengers call the highway patrol or the local police? I don't think we should blow our horns at them -- that would just add one more layer of distraction.
