I agree with your stance on bullying - everyone gets bullied at some time in their life. The people that claim they were never bullied obviously didn't recognize it at the time it happened which is kind of scary. People will treat you as badly as you let them. Bullying is a partnership - it requires a bully and a victim. If you take away the victim the bully disappears. I never allowed anyone to get away with treating me poorly. I always stood up for myself. I didn't always win every fight but I made sure it cost the bully something to start it.
