Dear Ann Landers: We have a 17-year-old son who is in love. "Josh" is a good kid, doesn't drink or do drugs, and makes excellent grades. Years ago in your column you sold a pamphlet about proper words to offer at different times in peoples lives, such as death of a Mom, child, divorce, thanking someone for their hospitality....I have lost it in a recent move, and would LOVE to order a new one.
