The girl with the string of bad luck with guys...hmm, maybe her attitude is part of the problem. Why do I know this? Because I used to be in that spot, only as a man. I can really empathize and I understand completely how discouraged and frustrated this young woman must feel. I can tell her that persistence pays off, and the best way to attract a quality partner is to BE one. I find myself wondering where she is meeting these flakes - the bar? She needs to get involved in a church, take a class, or get involved in volunteering. Or heck...try the Internet. It's easier than ever before to find someone compatible. I will readily admit that dating is one of the most frustrating and maddening things in the entire realm of human endeavors...but it also has the potential to be immensely rewarding once you've found the right person and can make it last. I hope she doesn't give up, because in this game, you get as many tries as you need, and you only have to be right once.
