Q: I applied for a job in an art gallery. The ad asked for knowledge of art, clerical skills, the ability to multi-task, and other vague requirements. I am 31, and I have a master's degree and great work experience. I received an e-mail saying I didn't meet the qualifications but asking whether I wanted an unpaid internship in the gallery.
