Dancer's King needn't worry about her career. While females might pay good money to watch a pregnant woman manipulate her belly around a pole, guys won't want to see that, and her boss will fire her.

1: I don't think the issue about dancing is all that short term. The woman does this for a living either for the money or because she enjoys exhibiting her body that way. Pregnancy will put and end to it for awhile, but it's entirely possible that she'll get back to doing this again when she regains her figure. My nephew's wife did and it eventually led to the end of their marriage and emotional trauma for the kids since too much was discussed and argued in front of them. I would strongly suggest marriage counseling but I suspect they can't afford it (which is the reason this guy wrote to an advice columnist). They might try to find out whether there's a place where they can get this counseling on a sliding fee scale based on income. It's really important that they get this issue resolved.

Has anyone stopped to wonder how the guy met this stripper fiancee of his in the first place? Hmm. I'm with Rick. Some people aren't cut out for parenthood due to a lack of common sense.

I'm with Matt and Rick. I also find it odd that SO many people find themselves expecting a baby when they need it the least. Birth control does not fail that often.

While I have never dated a stripper (thank God), I do know that most strippers, if not pretty much all of them, do NOT date their customers, its very very rare.......
That said, this guy is an idiot, he knows his girl is a stripper, its pretty darn clear she wants to continue to be a stripper (pregnant strippers are not exactly in high demand and its not like she can keep stripping without anyone noticing). His girl is an idiot too.....That poor poor kid.
