Louisville needs to look at it from her child free friends side too. If her friend is making this *offensive* comment too often then maybe Louisville is talking AND complaining about her kids too much. Just because she loves her children doesn't mean everyone wants a daily update. If your friend is making these comments all the time then that's her way of saying she doesn't care to continually hear your problems with your kids. Without actually coming out and saying, "if your kids are in so much trouble that you have to vent to me ALL the time then it's time to figure out what your doing wrong as a parent." How would Louisville feel about that?

Good grief, does it really matter how often Louisville talks about her children? I'm not particularly interested, either, but I would NEVER, EVER deign to make such a backhanded remark. Nor would I presume my friend was a bad parent. The sheer lack of sensitivity here is appalling. No wonder our culture is going down the toilet. Perhaps that's a good thing.
