OSCAR!! He is the most sincere, lovable and humble wiener dog in the race. As such, he embodies the spirit of all Americans, and the premise of the Liberty Meadows Animal Snactuary. However, the boss must not gloat over Oscar's victory, and hold it over the head of his nemesis.

I want Oscar to win too, merely because that would make little Truman happy. I am crazy about Truman!
I don't get the allusion about the Bill Clinton-thing, though.

Rambo is getting old, but hates to admit defeat. However he will perform admirably for a dog of his age.
Stu Caka will leave the track for an unscheduled tree visit.
Ace will be distracted by his reflection in all the watching fans mirrored sunglasses.
Weiner X looks like a sure winner until it is discovered he is using 'Roids. Suspicions are aroused when he turns and bites his owner at the starting line and growls at the other entries.
Despite the fierce competition between Weiner X and Oscar, (It is neck and neck), everyone's favorite, Oscar wins. He is so lovable and sweet beyond words. Who knew this cuddly little guy was such a speed demon. He is amazing. Of course he wont be the one gloating at the end. He'll just lick Brandy's face and then he and Truman will ride off into the sunset.
On a side note, Weiner X is barred from further competition and Rambo is the official 2nd place winner. Weiner X goes into a rehab facility and afterwards joins a commune in Taos, NM.
