1978: Came to United States to see what all the fuss was about.
1978-1990: Won art awards too numerous to count.
1986-1990: Drew cartoons for high school newspaper satirizing the faculty and student body. Won many fans and many enemies. Hit puberty.
1990:    Graduated from High Point High School and turned down a $10,000 scholarship from Maryland Institute of Art.
1990-1993: Attended Prince George's Community College. Drew editorial cartoons and comic strips for the bi-weekly student newspaper, The Owl. Won College Media Advisers' Best Stand-Alone Cartoon of 1992.
1993-1995: After constant pressure from parents and relatives to go into the medical field, entered University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Nursing. Reasoned at the time that he looked simply stunning in white and automatically doubled his chances  of getting a date. Drew the daily comic strip "University2" for three semesters for the University of Maryland student newspaper, The Diamondback. Strip developed a cult-like status with student body and faculty. Won the Best College Cartoonist of 1994 award from the Scripps Howard Foundation out of 157 college cartoonists in the nation, as well as the coveted Charles Schulz Plaque for Excellence in Cartooning.
1995:  Graduated from nursing school with a bachelor of science degree, but only after being thoroughly cured from any and all desires to go into the nursing profession. Discovered by Creators Syndicate.
1996: Self-published the book "University2 – The Angry Years!" which is selling like hotcakes.
1997: Debuted the comic strip "Liberty Meadows" in newspapers across the country. Can't be stopped now.


Cho is the the second of three children. His older brother's name is Rino, and his younger brother's name is Austin. He received his artistic talent from his father and his sense of humor from his mother. Cho never had any formal training in art. He taught himself to draw by reading art books and comics. Cho's hobbies include weightlifting, painting, drawing and reading art and history books. He is a huge fan of opera and the Beatles. His influences include Frank Frazetta, Howard Pyle, Franklin Booth, Joseph Coll, N.C. Wyeth, Berke Breathed, Al Capp, Walt Kelly, Harvey Kurtzman, Bill Watterson, Jeff Jones, Neal Adams, Norman Rockwell, Don Newton, Tex Avery, Mort Drucker and many, many more.
