Hello and good morning from across the pond. I enjoy 'The Dinette Set' as it evokes memories of so many people that I have known (and know) in my life. Keep upi the good work.

Why bother to carry a strip that isn't being updated?

I live in a complex for senior citizens and believe me they are the Dinette set people. Bickering, worrying about anything and everything. Pinching pennies, always eating anywhere has "earlybird specials" regardles of what the food is like and always bringing home "doggy bags" . [ they don't have any dogs.] We have Burl and Joy here,

I have been reading the Dinette Set for several years now, not a day goes by that I don,t laugh, It is so true to life. My family became known as F-Troop because someone always is screwing up. I have many friends and relatives that could fit each and every one of your comic. Keep going, They are the begining of every day for me.

This comic is frightening because it is so real. I can imagine them at a grocery store salad bar and trying to pick items that weigh the least, ie. "don't get any cucumbers."
